We source leaf directly from plantations in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Morocco — visiting them ourselves — and blend it near Kyiv into recipes that exist nowhere else. What makes the tea Ukrainian is not where the leaf was picked. It is where it was composed, and by whom.
